We are always happy to exchange ideas with opinion leaders from other countries, especially with countries that are extremely dynamic and have a high level of innovation.

Here are our 3 key take-aways in terms of regulatory environment:

# Some companies underestimate the complexity to handle up to four different languages

# Registration of software solutions and medical apps has gotten more challenging under MDR in the EU and Switzerland likewise

# Partnering with local actors is highly recommended, especially as the Mututal Recognition Agreement with the EU has not been renewed
